Built for Minnesota

When it’s −20°F at 6 a.m., your door has to open.

Twin Cities winters are brutal on garage doors. Every part we install and every tune-up we perform is designed around one goal: a door that works on the coldest morning of the year.

Cold-rated springs

Steel gets brittle in deep cold. That’s when worn springs snap. We fit high-cycle springs correctly sized to your door’s weight.

Insulated doors

Polyurethane-insulated doors keep attached garages warmer, protect the rooms above and quiet the whole house.

Salt & slush protection

New bottom and threshold seals plus corrosion-resistant hardware stand up to road salt and spring melt.

Which cities do you serve?

We serve 26 communities across the Twin Cities metro: Apple Valley, Bloomington, Burnsville, Chaska, Cottage Grove, Eagan, Eden Prairie, Edina, Hopkins, Lakeville, Maple Grove, Maplewood, Mendota Heights, Minneapolis, Minnetonka, Mound, Plymouth, Prior Lake, Richfield, Roseville, Savage, Shakopee, St. Louis Park, St. Paul, Wayzata and Woodbury.

How quickly can you get to me?

We offer same-day and next-day appointments across the metro. Call early for the best availability. Urgent situations like a door stuck open or a car trapped inside are prioritized.

Why do garage door springs break in winter?

Springs are rated for a set number of open-and-close cycles. Extreme cold makes steel less flexible, so a spring near the end of its life often fails on the coldest mornings. Replacing both springs at once with high-cycle springs is usually the smartest long-term fix.

Should I repair or replace my garage door?

If the panels are in good shape, a repair is usually the better value. If panels are cracked, rusted or the door is uninsulated and aging, a new insulated door can improve comfort, curb appeal and resale value. We’ll give you honest pricing for both.

Will I know the price before you start?

Always. Your technician gives you a clear, written quote and only starts work once you approve it.

What should I do if my opener stops working?

Pull the red emergency release cord to disengage the opener, then lift the door by hand. If it feels very heavy, a spring is likely broken, so don’t force it. Give us a call and we’ll take it from there.
